Stop Sign


  1. You're not abnormal, your eating is just off. My one piece of advice is to pay attention to your hunger. If you're hungry, then eat, and eat what you want, UNTIL YOU'RE FULL. Then stop. I know the stopping is the hard part, but it's a habit, like everything else, that you can teach yourself.

  2. Dear Amy, yes. This is a very good advice. Thank you. I have read Geneen Roth "When You Eat at the Refrigerator, Pull up a Chair", and two years ago it was also my favourite book. I was very impressed BUT, I am still where I am. It takes time until my brain will understand the message.
