That's a pretty awesome looking pedway or walkway to cross the street. Your city is so clean, it's unbelievable to see such cleanliness. Do people respect their city and put their litter into the trash where it belongs, or is there a heavy fine if they are caught littering? Edmonton, my city, isn't this clean by no means, not in the downtown core.
